Accept the offer if you like paying tax LOL The silly people likely to accept the offer leverage themselves to RISK in Africa (currently unpriced into the SP), leverage themselves OUT of an almost pureplay fertilizer stock (the intended rock phosphate spin off of Summits) and leverage themselves OUT of the 'Welcome to Australia's uranium' frenzy period folowing the Labor party conference in April.
