thanks for that very informative reply, YC. We used Canola spread till we learnt it was probably GM, and switched to Olive Oil spread, lol, so obviously the scaremongers made their point to the population in general. But you're dead right - the world's population has to be fed, and if GM crops are the answer, go for it.
