Having senior counsel opinions doesn't mean its a done deal. Many a learned opinion has not got past the judge. Learned counsel had a opinions on tax schemes, yet the ATO won causing a lot of pain to investors who had to pay back with interest. IMO PDN has all the cards and will win at the end of the day.
