Apart from bashing him which is his problem.
That probably means we are about to extract some value from a target sufficiently valued by CMP that they will stump up the cash (and at more than 3 c / ship imagine). That's good news in my book.
Also with my lens, CMP wouldn't think he is wasting these new funds on drilling.
