Following up on DNI, yesterday they released a new ANN: http://thecse.com/sites/default/files/2017-02-09_-_DNI_Update.pdf

They are to drill 3.000m with, amazingly, a drill rig that is being shipped from Brazil. I wonder how hard/costly it is to obtain a drill rig in Madagascar...
