Never have thought otherwise ... also posted when Magellan and Columbus results first released that gas is a problem. It was a problem back with the first HZ and obviously remains a problem now and I don't care how much weed is being grown. Yes, AKK has come up with some innovative workaround - if it works - but the target was OIL and not gas and they have got a lot of gas. And COGCC hates flaring and wasting a resource.
No amount of stating of such facts is accepted though.
I wonder how many here have perused through the COGCC site ... you'll even get the answer as to what happened with the earlier Pierre wells as well and exactly when/how much oil and gas is been produced and flared.
