New York gold for April delivery settled 0.3% higher at US$1339 an ounce.

Gold and silver gained overnight
The gold bugs are back powered by global political uncertainty, with the yellow metal trading to a three-month high overnight.
There are concerns of the impact from the French elections, and U.S. President Trump's next policy decisions.
New York gold for April delivery settled 0.3% higher at US$1339 an ounce.
Silver added 0.1% to US$17.78 an ounce.
