    Then the bill must be seperated or amended into two bills of media ownership reform and media reaching rule reform.
    Why does insist on combined one bill for more than year and waste of time?
    IMO,the ownership rule is not so important,media companies can be combined in two sectors for example;TV and news paper,TV and Radio,Radio and news paper.
