AZZ had gross debts of $136m, unsecured bond holders that were owed $47m, oil prices that capitulated and dodgy transfers just before the administrators were called in.
GMC has a world class project, manganese prices have gone through the roof, an offtake agreement, purchase of 2 smelters, no debt & you are really hoping that it doesn't suffer a similar fate?
