As far as I know, VMG have billions of shares up, but they're mostly in the hands of the Doc and his pals.
As far as I can assess, most of the retail buyers who existed when the stock was around 0.008 have bailed, with their holdings moving into those hands. Exactly where they were supposed to end up. Good news will come out, and there'll be some wild and crazy action up to 0.003 - 0.004; that'll shake out the slam-bams, the disillusioned, and the fed ups; with a few repeats up to 0.006, just to make sure. The seriously financially liquid core crew will be buying all the way. They'll even shake out some of their own.
The consolidation will come when the core have everything sewn up to their satisfaction.
