thx for sharing. I am not disputing a possible temporary oil shortage in the future. My understanding is that re-starting small fracking operation does not require much time and if the price increases than we will see more small players coming in and re-starting the drilling. This is my understanding and happy to be challenged. For offshore investment it is a completely different time frame (10 years+), and I have not seen statistics suggesting a sig increase of the planned offshore projects even from a pro offshore drilling news outlets.
I am more excited about MCE attempts to diversify in both civil engineering and construction and it is also might bring fresh blood into the shareholder register... However, it puzzles me whom are they trying to sell their solutions for civil engineering?
