Unfortunately Smallish even if they sign great contracts with China and US and anyone else, based on previous outcomes it seems there won't be any money coming in for some time.

The process seems to be 1. sign exciting new contracts for the supply of award winning disruptive technology that is going to change the world 2. raise capital to do something for provision of whatever it is they provide 3. release quarterly update showing no customer receipts 4. announce new director appointment 5. sign exciting new contracts for the supply of award winning disruptive technology that is going to change the world 6. raise capital to do something for provision of whatever it is they provide
