i tend to agree with manz as to the following

we ( the other shareholders) deserve much more information on the direction of the company including
the intentions of these major holders>>



*vote NO to the granting of 2 million free options,

*vote NO to the proposed share purchase transaction between Wu and Zhang. the resolution implies that if not approved Zhang will dump his 8.5 mill shares on the market therefore depressing the shareprice.

Until we get more information>>>>>>>> and a sense of
direction....
