He has 2 weeks to inform market of sell down, if I was him I would do it slowly get as much coin out of the company as I could before dumping just before time is up. You're right they may have directors lined up who could be even better, but usually you see the resignation happen over a month not immediately like the last 2 have unless there is an issue of sorts. Again this situation could be different and there may be no issues. But I got myself out as soon as I got the notification, Hard to be confident when directors are resigning immediately and there are no IT people left on the board (big red signals for me).
