BCL saga

Slightly different view of the liquidator's thoughts on possibility of getting buyer interest for BCL.....his earlier statement was very negative.
Personally I thought BML might have been better served by extricating itself from the JV on the basis BCL had not completed it's earn in , an option PV had mentioned very early on in the KPMG process . From today's announcement it would appear BML still very much tied in to whatever eventuates with BCL. Whether any statement was made about this right of termination to BCL/KPMG is unclear (if indeed it is a 'right').

At least the BML team are looking at alternatives and reviewing the options.

One would think they need to get those shares out to the "sophisticated" (so-called) investors with the cash balance down to $83,000, before the authority to do so expires.
