The above announcement supercedes the previous one about approvals. Don't forget it is Indonesia - they can approve one thing one day and change it the next.

"Unforseen processing issues related to the transfer of funds" includes approvals but could be anything.

My guess is its either or both of
1. Approvals
2. Delay in liquidating Pak's investment

Whilst this is speculation, you can't refute the above without also speculating.
