What do people think of the performance rights for this meeting?
I'm tired of handing out freebies to directors for doing not much at all in general. Take a look on the regrets on the BGS forum for an example of BODs handing themselves "perfomance" rights for doing not much at all - and shareholders not realising until far too late.
Who deserves them, and who doesn't in MOD?
