Spoke to Rox yesterday and MZN issue is not yet sorted. A hearing was booked for Fri but apparently MZN asked for a later date. I believe Rox are continuing with the Teck sale as planned (as per Ann.) and not waiting for MZN- imo, seems pretty confident that the hearing/courts will decide and the sale to Teck will proceed...
But i still believe that a slight re rating will only occur once market sees that the $ are in the bank.
Unfortunately for Rox they are highly exposed to the Ni price so IF the SP goes up on the back of the sale then it may trickle all the way back like its done many times before
