NOTABLES:
They have assessed Gold at 60% of current price, and made no allowance for the deep drill finds that WAF have in the Inferred Resource category, as well as the sovereign security. These are commonly accepted factors in NAV valuations that makes their $0.65 fairly conservative.
If Trump doesn't achieve everything he says he will Gold stays good. If he does, Chinese investors escape into Gold.... so G.P. valuation at under $800 is very conservative.
