In triple, he currently has 30m oppies, he should get another 30m subject to vesting conditions which he will fulfill anyway so that makes 60m under his own name. When he exercise those oppies, he would have around 4% triple and indirectly he owns 12% of bsp and bsp owns around 49% which is another 6% of triple. All in he would own around 10% when he exercises the oppies. Plenty of skin in the game so I'm sure triple will turn out well
