Multiply the dgr shareprice by 2.7 and you get the price of (effectively) owning one share of solg, via dgr.
(Because the number of dgr shares outstanding, divided by the number of solg owned by dgr = 2.7ish)

today you pay 27c for solg-via-dgr, or you pay 47c (29p) for solg in uk.
