It looks like you are right.
It appears Ken Bull IS on the Board.
It also appears the Board is continuing to reward themselves with same pay as before totally draining the Company of funds and Ken is also still commanding his huge salary.
I take it all back. You are the man Gosh and I look forward to your future appraisals on how the Company sits.
