    Hi SusanB. To be fair there was an excellent business plan but it was all stuffed up by White Sands petroleum buying a "dog" instead of a rig to drill the Cooper prospect. Thats been the major delay on this one. I agree it has all been too slow but it seems for certain that drilling the Cooper prospects is only a few weeKs away. Good luck I hope your wait will pay off.
