Just a note regarding SNC (Sandon Capital) - they didn't actually sell and buy back - there was no change in their shareholding but they were no longer acting in concert with Dorsett Investments - so they lost control/voting power of Dorsett's shares.
"Sandon Capital Pty Limited, Fundhost Limited, Sandon Capital Investments Limited and Dorsett Investments Pty Limited have terminated their agreement to act in concert in relation to the affairs of the company. As a result, Sandon Capital Pty Limited, Fundhost Limited and Sandon Capital Investments Limited no longer has any relevant interest in the 1,356,660 ordinary shares held by Dorsett Investments Pty Limited"
