Don't you think that rather than toss a coin it might be better to compare things like number of shares on issue and market capitalization? Here, I'll help you.

GDY:111,374,289; market capitalization $127,523,561
GHT:12,000,000; market capitalization $3,700,000

GDY has more tenements than GHT, but GHT is fully cashed-up and its sites are close to existing infrastructure. GHT is at a more grass-roots level than GDY, but the difference in market capitalization is ridiculously lopsided. I bought into one of these companies last week. I'm not going to tell you which one!
