Your'e absolutely right the management team is the number one thing to consider when it comes to resource stocks. Shareholder value in this stock has not been maintained.
I remember CAP being at much Loftier heights too. Unfortunately I didn't think to take some off the table.
Even so it just appears to me like this may head toward 10 cents soon.
Its been on my radar for the last 2 weeks.
