Resolution 6 is interesting. Both Nick and Martin Rowley are on the senior management and board of directors (respectively) @ Galaxy Resources. Besides the chairman Mr Bontempo having skin in the game, we have two top managers from Galaxy also staking significant interest in our Cobalt project.
