True - Alexa is based on a sample and does have inconsistent results at times.
Total number of brand searches went up by over 20% in December but we don't know if this was just December effect.
They did seem to engage in heavy discounting in November/December but not sure if that helped the bottom line.
When is the earliest they are expected to release any info on December quarter sales?
