A lot of us have been forecasting the demise of this bunch of clowns for years, and they manage to hold on. I can't understand how they can have continued to "trade" for as long as they can. But the fact the "company secretary" and "CFO" has put a stat demand on the company must demonstrate, in my opinion, that the sands are about to run out.

Madhu was also KR's closest confidant and trusted lieutenant. Also, if a deal was forthcoming (it isn't) then I hardly think Madhu would put a stat demand in. He clearly sees there is nothing ahead but liquidation and is trying to save his own skin.

Also, how is the Company going to "rigorously defend" the action in the Supreme Court? With what?? More imminent and irrevocable pipe dreams?
