mwac, yes. To be fair to UBN at least they negotiated a reasonable raising price and the news shares are held in escrow. A capital raising was always likely, and at least it is out of the way. With the negative sentiment around UBN at the moment raising capital was always going to be difficult. I'd just prefer them to be a bit more open about who they're buying from.
I'll continue to watch UBN from the sidelines.
