I dont understand how HIL thinks.

Firstly who would now invest into a company that announces an IPO then pulls it 4 weeks after announcing the board?

Would they have not negotiated and committed to the deal months prior to announcing it to the public holders. This is fishy and in my experience they have some underlying issues that have not been reported that will come out in time.

Time to sell and stop looking at HIL SP i think..
