Here is a news article fro CRN regarding the termination of agreement!

CEO David Lenz used "market volatility" due to the deferral in November.
Hills need to concern themselves with their own market Lenz, and not the conditions of the overall market.
In fact the market has risen 600 points since Hills appraisal of market conditions and is up 1,000 points since feb 2016.
Market Volatility ??? - They are the masters of spin. I would love to hear Lenzs definition of market volatility?
"None of the funding options were acceptable or in the best interests of Hills shareholders"
Really, Does this mean that Hills (who have been struggling financially) could not piece a deal together that suited them??
"Lenz added that the termination would not affect the existing relationship between Hills and Lincor."
Will it though??
Just another thing this company cant get right!!
Cheers
