That valuation method is pretty good but need to remember that the market value of BKW includes a 43% interest in SOL. If you don't back that out you are, in a way, double counting value when valuing SOL.
It's a pain but means to value SOL accurately you need to value BKW as well then use simultaneous equations on the value of SOL and BKW to work out their individual values.
