I don't think they have a bad idea but how are they going to raise sustainable revenues. Jay Shah, the CEO of Opendna, has a very questionable track record in business and none of his start-ups are in existence now. I also question why he sought to raise funding in Australia when his business is based in the U.K., America and South Africa? Are the due diligence requirements for IPOs so much more poorer in Australia when compared to the rest of world?
