The designs are the same, the enclosures are different. They obviously will try to hide the fact, but they simply purchase from Monnit, and then put the electronics into their own enclosures. They released the new enclosures when their competitors started to realise.
The link below will show you the devices and gateways before they were in the new enclosures.
You could always ask them for their CE Certificate or their technical file.
