Trading shells is a great strategy IMO once one has developed the knowledge and insight.
Most do very well after an acquisition has been made especially if a competent team is involved and Cygnett is one of the best (just look far back at 1Pg, FBR, GSC - all these started as shells with MC of a few mil or less and ended up multiples higher).
Unfortunately, the process can be a lengthy wait. Usually many months, occasionally longer, if lucky shorter...
Cant predict timelines, they need to find the right asset and then deal on good terms.
But interesting that the new significant holders representing Cygnet interests haven't issued SH notices. Must want to stay under the radar.... Wouldnt want the SP rise and MC inflation before any deal
