On a T/A level:
Check out the chart ..... serious breakout occurring ... Notice the jump through the M/A on Monday showing a BIG buy signal .... Insiders?
Whatever - the move today is VERY good, maybe needs some more volume & buy side still a bit thin.
Having said that, the announcement was actually a bit low key - in the header that is - and might have been missed by the market.
