Late Feb they were talking about "Potential Japanese Partners". Share Price went from 8 cents to 18 cents, then drifted to as low as 12 cents since that news.

So it is not a surprise to see sellers appear at 18 cents. The deal itself was no surprise, it was well worth the punt at as say 12 to 14 cents.

It fact I was a seller on the open yesterday. But more than happy to re buy on price weakness. I think the market will be weak during January, people will think US Market hot air balloon has popped, so all sorts of stocks will appear more attractive than they are today.
