that is what makes it so attractive..on current fundamentals..

As for you "Cmon."..do your research before you classify a proven
70% internal rate/return on investment as "RUBBISH"...all you are
doing is creating needless grief for astute investors...

By the way..there are no ' pitfalls' in relying on normal Accounting
earnings criteria..except perhaps for the uninformed.. Cmon..
maybe that is an area you can brush up on..??

.In other words,it seems, whatever AKK announces you will never believe..
despite the "blooming" obvious market indicators..so be it..
