    Dec 21 (Reuters) - Kalnorth Gold Mines Ltd (KGM) -

    • Company and keras have now mutually agreed to terminate negotiations and heads of agreement is of no further effect
    • Previous announcements said co entered into agreement with Keras Gold for development of Lindsays Project
