i too had sweet cravings for a couple of weeks after changing to dextrose.
what i did to offset this was to substitute my desert treats with fruit. but make sure you use Woolies fruit as it has bugger all fructose in it, due to being picked way too early.
it goes off before it ripens
just one more reason to shop at Woolies. add to that, Coles do not even have a home brew section, so do not stock dextrose.
