Did u notice the sellers orders stacked up.
I also notice canadian share price has not reached the 50s like ours. Maybe stock being soaked up here and sold over there. Obviously not at a profit.
Its a strange play that not many here know about.
Quebec railway feasibility study was due december but id say january now.
