One analyst doesn't think so.
Comsec are showing two analyst's forecasts.
One from Morningstar and one from somebody called "name withheld", who is much more pessimistic about WOR's prospects, which is probably why they want to remain anonymous.
Perhaps it is DSD.

The academic research indicates that when the short seller's opinions disagree with that of the analysts, more often then not, it is the short seller's opinion that turns out to be correct.
However in the case of WOR, the short sellers seem to be losing conviction lately, with the short interest going South, while the price has been going North - not the way to make money on the short side.
So, the auguries are conflicted.

Based on the notice today, it looks like UBS have loaded up on borrowed stock, presumably so they can sell it sometime soon.
