It will NEED to be more than a "sugar coat" Scanguard.
It is their LAST chance for a catalyst for the SP for the foreseeable future, save, something right out of left field(and that would HAVE to be from external "funding or interest" as they surely can't rely on piddling CRs ad infinitum to drill the many more wells that are required just to stay viable???).
