Ann: Memphasys' Capital Raising Review, page-5

Just did a quick search on Paltinum Road website.... but couldn't find any mention of MEM under capital raisings. I'm wondering if a further ANN will emerge shortly or perhaps we are getting near to a Court ruling in Singapore on one or other of the actions with PrIME?
Either way such an event (success with capital raising or scoring some points in the litigation) may put even more pressure on those on the other side directing things, to abandon their efforts to send us under and to negotiate seriously? After all just what has PrIME achieved since the "spin out" for all the millions they have spent? Surely those doing the bank rolling must be getting a bit impatient by now?
Perhaps if one of the scenarios (hoped for and speculated on) above occurs........then the funding required going forward will be more than the interim arrangements foreshadowed by the penultimate ANN and thus explaining the latest?
As always I want to look at this through the prism of a glass half full.
Anyway let's all hope and pray for some positive news before Christmas.
