I suppose one could argue that until the offtakes and financing agreements are inked and confirmed, Panda Hill is a speculative play. But given the fundamentals of the project, the numbers that accompany it and the acquisition history in this space and it seems clear the offtakes and financing are a formality.

Once they are confirmed, it will be all on and I am sure you will see the SP rise accordingly.

Is it a hunch or wishful thinking? For me - no way, based on the amount of research I have done. Bungalow, if you take the time to study the niobium market, the competition, the numbers Cradle have presented to the market and looked at their presentations - as well as Analyst presentations etc, I am sure you will see where we are coming from.

Mate - you really do need to rely on your own research and be comfortable before committing your hard earned $$$$ though. Cheers.
