Trader, with respect - with this type of Company and the "strategic" product it has - with the prospective financial returns ahead of it, I think you may be being a bit too conservative with your target. Some may even argue it is still speculative (not me!).

I'm with Traydor - somewhere between $1.00 and $1.50 would be fair to let go.....at that price Tremont will still make a killing when it on-sells!
