They also have:
- sealed roads to/from the tenement
- an operating airport for fifo workers
- water supply with a large river running past with licenses to use the water
- a mining lease
- support of the pro-mining government
And a heap more that I can't remember. All they need is a JV partner or funding deal to build the plant.
Its a shame the cycle has turned again and gold is unloved.
