How did they do that? Surely they have a contract to successfully go through to completion for any raising they are involved with.

They appear to be only be raising what they need to obtain the remaining 50% of Sci Dev. That will be fantastic. I really like the fact that they are only allowing $15kper holder (value of shares), and not 1:1 or a 1:2 (number of shares) which would result in significant dilution.
News will make 0.012 look very attractive should they have something to release.
