May I ask - did they mention anything more on the staffing 'problems' they faced last year in the debt agreement space?
Also, is that 4% increase JUST on debt agreements, or on DA and Bankruptcies? My reason for asking is that DA's increased 7.3% pcp (for the Sept Qtr), whereas DA + Bankruptcies increased 1.1%....
If it were just for the DAs, then FSA are still technically losing market share. (They normally quote on the whole number, but just clarifying)
