He doesn't have a 7% stake. He 'and nominees' do though as per the last RNI Presentation. The initial ann 30/9 said he (Investmet) would invest enough to get 7%, but after an inordinate delay in the money being produced his contribution was not as previously announced. It turned out to be less than 5%. How do I know that? No Notice of a substantial holding has been issued.
Why MF has invested in RNI (whatever the %) can only be speculated upon. It could be HOR-related or it could just be a personal investment.
